Extended reality (XR) fandom platform XROMEDA has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with ALPHACIRCLE (CEO Shin Ui-hyeon), a leader in high-definition VR video solutions, to accelerate the growth of immersive fan-centered content.

The collaboration aims to make XR content more accessible while promoting direct-to-consumer (D2C) experiences for global fandoms.

ALPHACIRCLE’s proprietary AlphaView technology delivers 8K 3D VR video using an algorithm that synchronizes segmented footage to the viewer’s field of vision—enabling ultra-immersive 360° experiences on smartphones and cost-effective head-mounted displays (HMDs).

Through this partnership, XROMEDA will distribute ALPHACIRCLE’s XR content on its platform, while the two companies co-develop new immersive formats such as XR concerts and fan meetings. By leveraging intellectual property (IP) from music, broadcasting, and fandom industries, they plan to diversify the XR entertainment landscape.

ALPHACIRCLE’s technology will also enhance XROMEDA’s VR pictorial brand VROOK, with a new high-definition version slated for release. The scope of collaboration will further expand to actual products and services.
